Biographical Information[edit]
Kazunori Seto was drafted by the Nishitetsu Lions in the 13th round of the 1973 NPB draft, but he refused to sign and joined Morioka Railway of the Industrial League. The Hiroshima Carp picked him in the 3rd round of the 1973 NPB draft, and he only pitched 2 games in his first two seasons. Seto had a 5.75 ERA in 16 relief outings in 1976, and the Carp traded him to the Yakult Swallows for Naoki Enomoto. Seto failed to return to the big club in 1977, and he announced his retirement.
