Biographical Information

2B/3B Katsutoshi Sano was drafted by the Kintetsu Buffaloes in the 5th round of the 1970 NPB draft, and he hit .213/.310/.243 in 51 games in 1971. He had a .225/.282/.275 batting line in 1972, and he went 5-for-35 in 1973. Sano didn't return to the big club in 1974, and he announced his retirement.
