Biographical Information

Katsuhiko Yajima signed with the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1966, and he played 70 games with a .191/.270/.236 batting line in 1967. He hit .157/.157/.157 with 6 steals in 65 games in 1968, and he went 4-for-34 in 1969 then he announced his retirement.

Overall, Yajima hit .169/.221/.195 with 33 hits and 12 steals in 3 seasons in NPB.
