Biographical Information[edit]
John Mozeliak was the St. Louis Cardinals' assistant scouting director in 1997-1998 and the club's Scouting Director in 1999-2000. He was the director of baseball operations from 2001 to 2003 and moved up to the assistant GM position in 2004. In 2008, he succeeded Walt Jocketty as General Manager, staying until the end of the 2025 season when his contract expired and he stepped down voluntarily.
