Jason Gill

Biographical Information[edit]

Jason Gill is a college coach.

Gill hit .345 at Cal State Fullerton as a senior at Cal State Fullerton and the school went to the 1995 College World Series. He then went into coaching, working with the University of Nevada in 1997-1998. He was assistant coach at Loyola Marymount University in 1999-2000. Jason then was assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for UC Irvine from 2002-2004. He was assistant at Fullerton from 2005-2007 then at the University of Oregon in 2008.

In 2009, he became head coach of Loyola Marymount, going 30-29 his first year and 23-33 his second. Gill was named head coach at University of Southern California for 2020, staying until he was fired after 2022. Gil was hired by his old Cuesta College coach Larry Lee at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo before the 2024 season.
