Biographical Information[edit]
Jake Hirst played at Central College. He became an assistant coach Augustana College in 2018-2019 then moved up to the pro ranks as hitting coach of the 2019 GCL Yankees 2. The 2020 minor league season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He returned as hitting coach of the Hudson Valley Renegades in 2021 and Somerset Patriots in 2022-2023. In 2026, he was named an assistant hitting coach with the New York Yankees.
