Biographical Information

Jaime Ferrer has played in the minors and for the Puerto Rican national team.

Ferrer was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 4th round of the 2024 Amateur Draft, and he hit .269/.376/.372 in 24 games for the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels in his first season. He then represented Puerto Rico in the 2024 Premier 12. Ferrer was 0-for-3 as the starting designated hitter against the USA, and he went 0-for-2 after pinch-hitting for Edrick Félix and staying in at DH against Mexico. He was 0-for-2 against the Netherlands in his next game, and he was retired by Alberto Baldonado after he pinch-hit for Edgardo Villegas in the 9th inning against Panama.
