Biographical Information

Ippei Ogawa has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Ogawa was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 6th round of the 2019 NPB draft; the scout was Shuta Tanaka. He had a 4.71 ERA in 21 games in 2020, and he pitched 19 games with a 2.95 ERA in 2022. Ogawa's ERA was 4.38 in 6 appearances in 2023, and he suffered from an elbow injury so he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in the next two seasons.
