Biographical Information[edit]
Daniel Herbert McLeod was a pitcher from DeFuniak Springs, FL who played professionally from 1910 through 1915. His clubs included the Columbus Foxes, Providence Grays, Shreveport Gassers, Albany Senators, Montgomery Rebels, and Nashville Vols.
In 1912, McLeod coached the baseball team at University of Florida.[3] He died in Florala, AL in 1918, and he was buried in Euchee Valley Cemetery in Eucheeanna.[2][1]
