Biographical Information

Hideo Kanemoto signed with the Hankyu Braves in 1964, and he had a 3.38 ERA in 5 games in his first season. He allowed 9 runs in 14 innings in 1965, and he went 0-3 with a 5.02 ERA in 1966. Kanemoto only got 2 more appearances for the Braves, and he was traded to the Hanshin Tigers for nothing in 1968. He surrendered 6 runs in 5 innings in 1969, and he announced his retirement.
