Biographical Information

Hayato Nakagawa has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Nakagawa was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 7th round of the 2021 NPB draft; the scout was Ryo Watanabe. He hit .295/.380/.455 in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2022, and he recorded a .265/.319/.424 batting line in 2023. Nakagawa then improved to .321/.395/.526 in 2024, but his batting line fell to .219/.313/.360 in 2025. He still reached the big club in '25, and he played 25 games with a .268/.293/.393 batting line.
