Biographical Information[edit]
Francois Moufflet played for Brussels in the 1984 Little League World Series. [1] He was the second-youngest player on the French national team in the 1991 Intercontinental Cup (Cédric Fermond was younger). He lost to champion Cuba's Leonardo Tamayo and to the USSR's Leonid Korneev. He finished 0-2 with a 8.64 ERA in three appearances (going 0 for 2 at the plate as well), still posting France's second-best ERA; Étienne Coste led at 7.00 while Anthony Meurant was third at 9.00.
