Biographical Information[edit]
Franco Nakamura was 5 for 11 with a triple and a homer for the Northern Mariana Islands national team that won Gold in the 2022 Pacific Mini-Games, tying Jeter Inawo for the lead in homers. He also pitched one shutout inning before getting the starting nod in the finale against Guam, going three innings (4 H, 4 R, 3 ER) before giving way to Josh Jones. [1] His brother Harry Nakamura Jr. joined him on the team for the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games. [2]
