Biographical Information[edit]
Eldrick Dijkhoff was on the joint Netherlands Antilles/Aruba team in the 2008 Haarlem Baseball Week. [1] He was the starting shortstop for the Aruban national team in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, hitting .346/.370/.385 and fielding .939. He led his team in average (.050 ahead of Alex Sint Jago) and hits (9, one ahead of Sint Jago). For the tourney as a whole, he led with 8 double plays turned, tied Rafael Motooka for 5th in total chances (49) and was third with 26 assists (behind Edgard López and Andrelton Simmons). [2]
