Biographical Information

Eiji Maruo was drafted by the Orix BlueWave in the 2nd round of the 1994 NPB draft, and he only pitched 14 games for the big club before Orix released him in 1999. He signed with the Kintetsu Buffaloes, and he had a 3.58 ERA in 19 appearances in 2000 then he announced his retirement.
