Biographical Information

Eddie Takei signed with the Toei Flyers in 1960, and he played 117 games with a .164/.186/.198 batting line in his first season; he was second in the Pacific League in games played at short. He hit .296/.341/.391 in 68 games in 1961, and he announced his retirement.
