Biographical Information[edit]
Eddie Kaftan pitched for the North Platte 80s of the Pecos League in 2025. As a reliever he compiled a 2-3 record with an ERA of 3.00 in 24 innings. He then signed with the Joliet Slammers of the Frontier League, where he finished the season.
He was a freshman at the University of Massachusetts when the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled the 2020 season before he could see any action. He then transferred to Mitchell College, where he played from 2021 to 2023, and then to Catholic University in Washington, DC in 2024.
