Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Dylan Cozens played in the 2016 Futures Game for the United States Team. That year, he won the Joe Bauman Home Run Award as the player who hit the most home runs in the affiliated minors; he blasted 40 long balls for the Reading Fightin' Phils of the Eastern League and was named the league's Player of the Year.

He made his major league debut for the Philadelphia Phillies on June 1, 2018, one day after his 24th birthday. He had been called up that day when Rhys Hoskins went on the disabled list with a broken jaw and he went 1 for 3 as the team's starting right fielder.
