Biographical Information

In 2023, former outfielder Dustan Mohr, then 47 years old, was arrested after it was revealed that he had inappropriately touched a teenage girl he was hired to give hitting lessons to, as well as inviting her to his house without her parents' permission, buying her a separate phone so that he could send her graphic images of his penis without her parents knowing, and texted her multiple times saying how badly he wanted to have sex with her. He had also tried to emotionally manipulate the girl to groom her by telling her that he would take good care of her and that her father was a bad person. Mohr was sentenced to nine years in prison in 2024 as well as having to pay a fine that exceeded $13,000.
