Biographical Information

Douglas Rhone was signed by the 1940 Crawfords. He lost to Jack Matchett of the Monarchs in an 8-inning outing (10 H, 6 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 4 K) but hit a 3-run homer for all his team's offense that day. Away from baseball, he was a boxer.
