Devin Fujioka

Biographical Information[edit]

Devin Fujioka played college ball at Mount Mercy University and graduated in 2014 with a degree in Philosophy. He remained at Mount Mercy as as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Mustangs from 2015-2021. It is unknown exactly when Fujioka left Mount Mercy, but he was a volunteer assistant coach for Austin Peay State University in the fall of 2021.

The Seattle Mariners hired Fujioka in 2022 as a hitting coach for the DSL Mariners. He continued as a hitting coach for the team through the 2025 season. Fujioka moved to the Baltimore Orioles' chain as hitting coach of the DSL Orioles Black in 2026, where he replaced George Bell, who had moved the other way to the Mariners' chain.

During the 2025/2026 Dominican League season, Fujioka gained additional coaching experience as a coach for the Tigres del Licey Parallel League team. The Parallel League is a development league akin to a minor league team.
