Biographical Information[edit]
Daniel Yonemura played for the Bibai Black Diamonds of the Hokkaido Frontier League, and he debuted for the Brazilian national team in the 2026 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers. He debuted as a 8th-inning pinch-runner for Victor Mascai with a 7-4 lead over Germany and scored an insurance run thanks to Gabriel Maciel's grounder. It was his lone appearance of the event; Brazil won a spot in the 2026 World Baseball Classic, returning after a 13-year break. [1]
