Biographical Information[edit]
Charles W. Orsborn was a minor league player who appeared with the Neosho Yankees of the Arkansas-Missouri League in 1939 and the Sioux Falls Canaries of the Western League in 1941. Born in Chicago, IL, he attended Deerfield-Shields High School and Bradley University.
At Bradley University, Orsborn was a four-sport letterwinner[1] and later returned to the school as an assistant baseball coach from 1952 to 1957[2][3]. He also served as Bradley's head basketball coach from 1956 to 1965[4].
