Biographical Information

Chris Sims was 0 for 12 with a walk in the 2011 European Championship Qualifier, handling six chances error-free. He hit .368/.429/.421 and fielded .917 as Britain's second baseman in the 2013 B-Level European Championship. At the 2014 European Championship, he was 1 for 12 with 4 walks, a hit-by-pitch, two runs and a RBI, fielding .944 as a 3B/2B; his hit came off Carlos Teran of Italy.
