Biographical Information

Chih-Chieh Chen has played in the CPBL.

Chen represented Taiwan in the 2019 U-18 Baseball World Cup, going 1-0 with a 5.14 ERA and a win over South Africa. Taiwan won the title. The CTBC Brothers drafted him in the second round of the 2021 CPBL Draft. He had a 9.37 ERA in 7 games in the minors in 2022, and he suffered from a right shoulder injury, so he only pitched 5 games combined in the next two seasons. The Brothers released him after the 2024 season, and he signed with the Wei Chuan Dragons. Chen debuted against the Fubon Guardians on September 29, 2025, and he got his first strikeout against Chieh Kao.
