Biographical Information[edit]

Bryce Berg played college ball at Iowa Central Community College and Augustana University. He earned a degree in sports management from the latter in 2015. He later earned a master's degree in athletic administration from Concordia University, Nebraska while also beginning his coaching career.

Berg coached at Concordia University, Nebraska from the fall of 2015 through 2019. He spent his first season as a graduate assistant coach in 2016 before being promoted to a full-time assistant coach for the 2017-2019 seasons. Berg worked with the team’s hitters and catchers while at Concordia.

In 2020 the Minnesota Twins hired Berg as the hitting coach for the Cedar Rapids Kernels before the coronavirus pandemic forced the cancellation of the minor league season. Berg did coach the Kernels in 2021. The Twins appointed Berg to their Minor League Hitting Coordinator position for the 2022 season, a role he continued through 2025.
