Biographical Information

Bob Spears pitched in the independent leagues and the TML.

Spears was 1-1 with a 2.37 ERA for the Zanesville Greys in 1996, and he also allowed 11 runs in 9 innings for the Rhode Island Tiger Sharks in the same season. He was 8-6 with a 3.05 ERA for the Chillicothe Paints in 1997, and he went 10-5 with a 3.38 ERA in 1998. Spears slumped to 2-6 with a 5.64 ERA in 1999, then the Kaoping Fala signed him. However, his ERA was 5.43 in 15 games in 1999, and his professional career ended.
