Biographical Information[edit]

Berber Jansen has been on the Dutch women's national team.

She debuted against champion Japan in the 2016 Women's Baseball World Cup, relieving Susan Erades in the 3rd; she gave up 3 runs in 2 innings while her predecessor had yielded 9 runs (4 earned) in two. She struck out one, Yaya Kojima. She had a 8.10 ERA for three games in the Cup. [1] At the 2018 Women's Baseball World Cup, she was 0-1 with a 10.50 ERA, losing to Rak-yung Kim and South Korea. She tied Maria van Veen for the team lead with four appearances. [2] In the 2019 European Women's Championship, she was 2-for-3 with a double, run and three RBI while posting a 17.18 in her lone mound appearance (versus champ France). [3]
