Biographical Information

Asnel Llanes has played in Cuba and Spain; he is the twin brother of Aslen Llanes.

Asnel hit .270/.401/.393 for the Metropolitanos in the 2002-2003 Cuban Serie Nacional, fielding .926 at short. He then won Bronze with the Spanish national team in the 2003 European Championship but did not get into a game. He and Aslen played for CB Sant Boi and El Llano in Spain.
