Biographical Information

Asakichi Yoda signed with the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1973, and he only got 8 at-bats combined in his first three seasons for the top team. He went 13-for-88 in 87 games in 1977, but he only got 3 more at-bats before he announced his retirement in 1980.

Overall, Yoda hit .141/.206/.202 with 14 hits in 4 seasons in NPB.
