Anthony Delarue
- Born November 5, 1971 in Le Havre, Normandie France
Biographical Information[edit]
Anthony Delarue was on the first French national team in an Intercontinental Cup, hitting .258/.281/.258 as their main DH (he made an error in his lone chance in right field). He led the team with eight hits, one ahead of David Meurant. Only Emmanuel Surun had a better average for France. He won three Division Elite titles with the Barracudas de Montpellier (1993-1995). He served in the French military (it is unclear if he served in wartime) and worked as a firefighter. He was honored for his work with youth sports in France.
