    where was god bless america? -- 2008-08-02

    I recently went to a carls jr family night game. when the 7th inning came about I was stunned and extremely dissapointed. where was god bless america? i mean its a baseball game right? I try to make 4 or 5 games a year with my two sons. we all enjoy it but i have never been to a ball game where this has happened. what is going on? if we go to a 51s game and this happens again i will never attend another! theres no excuse for it.

    Living in NJ and less than 20 miles from both Yankee and Shea Stadiums, I thought I had it all when it came to baseball. Well, Cashman Field was an amazing experence. If you want baseball cheap, just go to Cashman. Great place and a great time.

    Taking in a game at Cashman is a great thing to do for the Las Vegas vacationer who doesnt want to spend ALL his time on the strip. Nothing better than sitting outside on a hot summers night watching the ball game while the consessionaires deliver cold Budweisers to your seat. After paying $40 for the privledge of sitting behind a pole at Fenway, minor league baseball in Vegas is a breath of fresh air.

    Overall Impressions -- 2001-07-05

    I went on a weekday and boy is this one very hot place! Try to stay anywhere you can catch a breeze. Undercover seems to be a good place but there isn't any wind so you bake. There are "misters" but the sign said they wouldn't operate except in low humidity conditions. I'm not sure what constitutes a "low humidity condition" but compared to Georgia it seemed pretty dry to me.
