Biographical Information[edit]

Zerzinho Croes has played in the Hoofdklasse. He was third in the 2007 Kingdom Games in average, hitting .429 for Aruba, right behind Houston Astros signee Jan Baldee. Zerzinho played in Aruba until 2010, when he signed with the Konica Minolta Pioniers in the Netherlands. He was 3 for 5 as a rookie in 2010, spending most of the year in the minors. In 2011, Zerzinho was the Pioniers' starting second baseman. He hit .259/.304/.324 with 26 runs in 41 games. His 7 sacrifice hits tied for second in the league, one behind Rene Cremer. His 29 double plays at 2B trailed only Benjamin Dille and he fielded .964.
