Biographical Information

Yusuke Inoue represented Japan in the 2008 Haarlemse Honkbalweek (6.00 ERA in 3 G) and 2008 World University Baseball Championship (0-1, 4.05 for the Silver Medalists, losing to the US's Kendal Volz). He was drafted by the Rakuten Golden Eagles in the 4th round the 2008 NPB draft, and he had a 11.57 ERA in 7 games in 2010. He only pitched 2 more games for the big club in 2012 before Rakuten released him in 2013, and he pitched for the Brownsville Charros of the United League in 2014. Inoue's ERA was 9.26 in 3 games, and he announced his retirement.
