Biographical Information[edit]
Yuki Shichijo was drafted by the Yakult Swallows in the 2nd round of the 2010 NPB draft, and he was 4-0 with a 5.24 ERA in his first season. He became the first Swallows pitcher to win his first four games. Shichijo then went 2-3 with a 4.20 ERA in 2012, and he was moved to the bullpen in 2013. He notched 2 holds with a 4.04 ERA in 30 appearances that season, and he went 2-1 with a 4.28 ERA in 2014. Shichijo didn't reach the big club in 2015, and he announced his retirement.
Overall, Shichijo was 8-5 with a 4.52 ERA, struck out 93 and pitched 139 1/3 innings in 4 seasons in NPB.
