Biographical Information

Yuji Kitagawa was drafted by the Lotte Orions in the 5th round of the 1975 NPB draft, and he was 1-for-7 in his first season. He went 3-for-13 in 22 games in 1977, but he only got 6 more at-bats before he announced his retirement in 1980.
