Biographical Information

Catcher Yoshimasa Aoike signed with the Nishitetsu Lions in 1950, and he hit .271/.340/.313 in 25 games in his first season. He played 80 games with a .220/.287/.300 batting line in 1951, and he slumped to .161/.218/.242 in 1952 then he announced his retirement.
