Biographical Information

Yeong-min Ha has pitched in the Korea Baseball Organization.

Ha was drafted by the Nexen Heroes in the first round of the second 2014 KBO draft, and he went 3-5 with a 7.22 ERA in his first season. He was the first Heroes rookie straight from high school to get the win in his first game, and he was the 6th KBO pitcher to do this, following Tae-hyeong Kim, Jin-woo Kim, Hyun-Jin Ryu, Jun-seob Im and Ji-seob Lim. He struggled again as he was 2-0 with a 7.53 ERA in 2015, and he recorded a 3.14 ERA in 11 appearances in 2016. Ha was 1-1 with a 4.76 ERA in 2017, and he pitched 9 games with a 7.71 ERA in 2018.

The Kwangju native then enlisted into the military, and he missed the next two seasons. He was 5-3 with a 3.43 ERA in 2022, and he recorded a 4.64 ERA with 5 holds in 57 relief outings in 2023. Ha then joined the rotation in 2024, and he went 9-8 with a 4.37 ERA in 2024. He was 7-14 with a 4.99 ERA in 2025, and he led the league in losses.
