Biographical Information

Outfielder Yamato Suzuki has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Suzuki was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the first round of the development phase in the 2021 NPB draft; the scout was Takashi Kashiwada. He spent his first three seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues, and he played 4 games as a pinch-runner with the top team in 2025. He had gone 21-for-24 in steal attempts in the minors to that point.
