Biographical Information[edit]
Ya-Bo Wen was on the Taiwanese women's national team in the 2018 Women's Baseball World Cup. She was retired by Venezuela's Giddelys Cumaná her first time up but doubled off Nelsy Rubio later that day. As the DH in the title game, she was 1 for 3, with a hit off Japan's Ayami Sato but Taiwan fell short, still getting a Silver Medal. She had hit .250/.360/.450 for the tourney, with an assist and an error at third, as she was their main DH. Her twin sister Ya-Zhu Wen was a teammate. [1]
