Biographical Information[edit]
Xavier González played in the minors and for the Spanish national team.
He hit .184/.281/.204 for the 2007 VSL Cubs/Twins, fielding .911 at third base. He played for Spain in the 2007 European Junior Championship. [1] Backing up Néstor Pérez at short in the 2007 Baseball World Cup, he was 1 for 2 and handled 3 chances without a miscue. [2] In 2008, he handled 90 chances error-free, mostly at second base, while batting .154/.295/.169 for the DSL Twins.
