Wim Hageman

Biographical Information[edit]
Wim Hageman was on the Dutch national team that won the 1973 European Championship. [1] He was with them for the 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series. [2] He won Silver in the 1975 European Championship. [3] During the 1978 Amateur World Series, he hit .333/.400/.583 while backing up Harm Horeman in LF and Henny Jenken in CF. Ben Richardson was the only other Dutch player to homer and only fellow backup Hans Augustinus had a better OPS for the team. He played for HCAW in the Hoofdklasse.
