Biographical Information[edit]
Wendy Bladt debuted for the Dutch women's national team in the 2022 European Women's Championship. Her first game was as the starting center fielder versus France, striking out against Camille Foucher her first time up. She finished the event 1-for-5 but with 4 walks, a hit-by-pitch, five steals in six tries, three runs and a RBI. She had five putouts, two assists and no errors as well. For the tourney, she tied for 6th in walks (with Marianna Casal, Tereza Stejspalová and Antonia Ferguson) and led in steals (by one). [1]
