Biographical Information

Victor Martins was on the French national team in the 1991 Intercontinental Cup, their first Intercontinental Cup. He was 0-2 with a 11.17 ERA, beating the team ERA mark of 11.67; his three appearances trailed only Étienne Coste on the staff. He lost to Spain's Manuel Jimenez and South Korea's Jae-yeong Wee.
