Thanks for the welcome! I've been intending to do some work but now that I have some free time so I'm happy to do it..

One grammar rule

I've noticed you use "it's" incorrectly. "It's" is a contraction of "it" and "is" - as in "it's nice outside". If you want to denote something belong to an entity, the proper word is "its" - as in "Its first year of operation." The best way to think about it is whether "it is" fits the meaning.
