Thanks for all the great stuff on the SPBA. It's hard to find a lot of stuff about them nowadays, and you filled in a lot of the gaps. Keep up the great work. -Chisoxfan 21:55, 26 February 2007 (EST)

No Problem, I'm a big fan of the Senior League and I'm working on getting all players of the league up to date. I purchased all the league stats years ago so I have access to most everything.

Do the stats you have include fielding stats? If so, I'd love to cover the SPBA for the Strategic Baseball Simulator so people can replay it. - --Mischa 20:01, 1 March 2007 (EST)

Hi not real sure on how the "talk" works on here so I hope you get my reply, however yes I do have all stats by the players (Pitching, Batting, & Fielding)as well as Team stats. Apba International, a tabletop game company sells cards for the 1989-90 season and a gentleman named Brain Davis offers a down load of the second season of APBA cards. I provide the data to them to produce these in 2005. The Stats I do have are all hard copy and about 17 years old, if you have a list of what data you require I would gladly provide what information you need. I would also love to try your Strategic Baseball Similator with the SPBA as well.

--

I would need the following stats - AB, Hit, 2B, 3B, HR, BB, SO, RBI, fielding percentage, SB, CS, games played and games by position for hitters. For pitchers, IP, hits allowed, homers allowed, walks, strikeouts, ERA, wins, losses, saves, games pitched, starts, hitting stats (if the SPBA had pitchers bat). Below is a sample file so you can get an idea of the format. - --Mischa 20:41, 1 March 2007 (EST)

Ok since they are on hard copy I will need to type the stats out and I'll put them in your format. Some pitchers did bat even though the league used a DH. Bill Lee for instance picthed and played 1st base. Also I have the most used lineup as well for all the teams if your interested.

--

I'd love most-used lineups. If you want to send me the hard copy, I can enter the stats. If you'd rather enter them yourself, that's cool too. The letter code after the batter walk totals is the one odd thing - it's a hit-by-pitch code; a high letter (like Widger) indicates a severe tendency to be plunked while an H or I indicates a guy who is very rarely hit (none in this sample; Luis Quinones came the closest). - --Mischa 20:56, 1 March 2007 (EST)

I can't believe it but I still do have the soft copy of the Senior League stats I provide APBA International, this includes all player Batting, Pitching & Fielding Stats. They are in Excel program would you like to see them and see if the data is useful to you? If so let me know where to send the information to.

Really great news! You can email them to me at [email protected] - --Mischa 12:58, 2 March 2007 (EST)

The Data was just sent to you, let me know if you have any questions.
