Biographical Information[edit]
Tsunezo Koyama signed with the Kokutetsu Swallows in 1952, and he debuted on October 10 against the Shochiku Robins. He completed a shutout game, and he was the first Swallows pitcher to pitch a shutout in his first game. Koyama went 1-1 with a 0.75 ERA in his first season, and he had a 3.35 ERA in 3 games in 1953 then he announced his retirement.
