Biographical Information

Tsubasa Kokuba was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 8th round of the 2015 NPB draft, and he mainly stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first three seasons; he only pitched 3 innings for the top team. He had a 3.68 ERA in 15 games in 2019, but his ERA rose to 7.36 in 7 appearances in 2020 and he announced his retirement. He had gone 10-8 with 5 saves and a 4.54 ERA in 94 games in the minors.
