Biographical Information

Toshihisa Taoka signed with the Daiei Stars in 1952, and he was 3-for-17 in his first season. He went 2-for-18 in 1953, and he collected 5 hits in 39 at-bats in 1954. Taoka didn't reach the big club in 1955, and he announced his retirement.
