Biographical Information

Tatsuo Tanaka signed with the Nankai Hawks in 1950, and he was 4-2 with a 2.39 ERA in his first season. He recorded a 0.82 ERA in 8 appearances in 1951, then he jumped to the Hankyu Braves. However, Tanaka only pitched 2 more innings for the big club in 1955, and he announced his retirement.
